General; Jockey K Gladwin was examined by ambulance officers at the commencement of todays meeting after having to relinquish 2 of his riding engagements at the Darwin meeting on Saturday, due to dehydration.
As apprentice D Morgan was indisposed (injured) jockey R Vigar replaced him on his riding engagements for the day.

Race 1 Colemans Printing Handicap 1200 metres
Stewards interviewed trainer L Whittle in relation to the riding instructions she intended to issue her riders bearing in mind she had multiple runners in this event.
REMEMBER RAZOR was a late withdrawal at 12:53pm on Veterinary advice after an examination revealed the mare to have swelling to its off-side flank area.
With no book-maker on course, Stewards were not required to announce betting deductions.
DANCING POETESS (B Huppatz) – Despite the efforts of its rider, failed to muster early speed.
URBAN BOURBON (R Vigar) – Held up for clear running from the 400m to the 250m.
SHINING MANE (L Crow) – Raced wide throughout and inclined to lay inwards throughout the event.
Race 2: Alice in the Territory Handicap 1200 metres
Stewards interviewed trainer L Whittle in relation to the riding instructions she intended to issue her riders bearing in mind she had multiple runners in this event.
AMERICAN MUSCLE (M Hagley) – Bumped with another runner on jumping.
TOFFIATO (R Vigar) – Knuckled on jumping and raced wide throughout.
BLAZING BULLET (J Todd) – Bumped with another runner on jumping.
RAZOR TIME (W Kerford) – Bumped with another runner on numerous occasions from the 300m to the 100m.
VIOTTI (T Gillett) – Commenced awkwardly getting its head up and bumping with another runner.
MAIDEN GRACE (S Wiseman) – Inclined to lay outwards throughout the event and as a result, bumped with another runner on numerous occasions from the 300m to the 100m.
CAT’S ALLEY (B Huppatz) – Raced wide throughout.
OHTHEGIRLCANGO (K Gladwin) – Bounded out of the barriers losing some ground.
Race 3: Liberty Indervon Plate 1100 metres
MOUSSAMBANI (W Kerford) – Raced wide throughout the event.
MANDATER (M Hagley) – Bumped with another runner on jumping.
HAWACAIN (J Todd) – Fractious in the barriers and slow into stride failing to muster early speed.
SATIN ROAD (R Vigar) – Commenced awkwardly shifting outwards abruptly and then inclined to lay outwards throughout the event.
STRYKING ASSASSIN (C Johnson) – Bumped with another runner on jumping.
Race 4: Scope Building Handicap 1400 metres
SNOWTROOPER was a late withdrawal at 1:08pm on Veterinary advice after a pre-race examination revealed the gelding to have a laceration to its off-side hind thigh due to a float mishap en route to the race course.
With no book-maker on course, Stewards were not required to announce betting deductions.
RHYTHM OF CUBA (L Crow) – Bounded out of the barriers and inclined to race keenly in the early and middle stages of the event. Inclined to shift outwards under pressure from the 100m.
CERUTTY (K Gladwin) – Inclined to shift outwards under pressure from the 150m.
Race 5: Ladbrokes Multiverse Handicap 1400 metres
DELIGHTFUL SPIRIT ($3.50) was a late withdrawal at 3:57pm on Veterinary advice after the gelding was examined behind the barriers at the request of its rider, and was found to be mildly lame in its off-side front leg. Trainer G Conner was advised that prior to that gelding again starting in a race, he must produce a veterinary certificate of soundness satisfactory to the Stewards.
With no book-maker on course, Stewards were not required to announce betting deductions.
OUR TICKETS (L Crow) – Momentarily inconvenienced for room between runners at the 650m.
SEEK TO DESTROY (S Wiseman) – Raced wide throughout the event. Inclined to lay inwards under pressure over the concluding stages.
DASHMOR (C Johnson) – Stood flat-footed as the gates opened and lost some ground. After a disappointing performance, a veterinary examination of the colt failed to reveal any apparent abnormalities.
