BOLD TROPIC (D Gillett) – Began awkwardly.
FRANKFURT (A Sweeney) – Commenced to shift ground inwards from the 150m, bumping with another runner over the concluding stages.
UPSIDE (S Logan) – Slow into stride.
General: Jockey A Sweeney (FRANKFURT) was found guilty of a charge of careless riding under the provisions of AR131. The specifics of the charge being that he allowed his mount to shift ground inwards when insufficiently clear of AUGUSTA MOON (L Maloney) crowding that runner onto the rail with its rider having to take hold and check his mount losing its position. Jockey A Sweeney had his licence to ride in races suspended for 2 NT meetings to commence midnight the 1st March 2025 and to expire after midnight the 8th of March 2025. A Sweeney was advised of his rights of appeal.
