YOUR SHOUT GINGIE (H Le Blanc) – Slow into stride.
ZOU ZOU ZOEIA (C Tootell) – When questioned regarding the mare’s performance, rider stated that the mare commenced to lay outwards at the 600m and yielded ground thereafter. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Trainer subsequently advised the mare would now be retired from racing.
1ST KESSLER 2ND EXTREME EMOTION 3RD BRIMARVI ROOBOY
Race 2: Ladbrokes Cox Plate Day 26th October Handicap BM54 – 1300m
ANKLE ROLEX (H Le Blanc) – Slow into stride. Raced wide throughout.
COLLISON (A Nicholls) – Crowded between runners approaching the 1200m.
THE KID (C Tootell) - A post-race veterinary examination revealed the gelding to be lame in the near fore leg. Trainer T Halter was advised that she must present a veterinary clearance for the mare prior to racing again. Trainer subsequently advised the gelding would now be retired from racing.
TO THE POINT (J Todd) – Held up for clear running for some distance leaving the 550m.
GO BARNEY GO (S Tsaikos) – Fractious in the barriers. Held up for running rounding the home turn.
HEROIC SPIRIT (A Sweeney) – Raced wide throughout.

Race 3: TAB Bets Friends Handicap 0-70 – 1300m
Stewards interviewed trainer G Clarke in relation to the riding instructions he intended to issue as the stable had multiple runners in the event.
STORM THE FORTRESS (D Gillett) - Bumped with another runner at the start. Raced wide from the 600m.
SABOR (V Arnott) - Bumped with another runner at the start.

Race 4: TRNT Off The Track Handicap 0-58 – 1200m
ANGELIQUE (A Sweeney) – Slow into stride.
YE HELLA (D Gillett) – Slow into stride. When questioned about her ride, rider advised that at approximately the 1000m her mount made contact with the inside running rail causing her saddle to shift with her right foot to be dislodged from her iron. She further stated that she had difficulty keeping her mount balanced in the middle stages which placed her at a disadvantage. On straightening she was able to kick her left foot out of the iron and was able to ride her mount out to the best of her ability to the finish of the race.

Race 5: Sportsbet TROBIS 3YO & Maiden Plate SW – 1100m
THREE JACKS (A Nicholls) – Refused to go to the barriers and a late scratching was ordered by the Stewards at 4.46pm. The following deductions were applicable –
1st – 11c win 11c place, 2nd 20c place.
Trainer C Pollard was advised that the gelding must barrier trial satisfactorily prior to racing again.
DANCER FOR MONEY (D Gillett) – Reared at the start causing it to commence awkwardly losing considerable ground. Trainer P Cole was advised that a warning would be placed on the gelding.

Race 6: Melbourne Cup Day 5th November Handicap BMNT – 1100m
Stewards interviewed trainer G Clarke in relation to the riding instructions he intended to issue as the stable had multiple runners in the event.
FLYING ANNIE (S Tsaikos) – Bumped with another runner at the start.
TUBTHUMPER (D Gillett) – Tightened for room by another runner at the 650m.
MR HAVE A CHAT (H Le Blanc) - Bumped with another runner at the start. Shifted inward slightly when not sufficiently clear tightening another runner at the 650m. Apprentice Jockey H Le Blanc was reprimanded for careless riding under AR131(a) she was advised to be more mindful of her runners on her inside when allowing her mount to shift ground.
