General – On inquiry apprentice jockey J Franklin (HADOUKEN) pleaded guilty to a charge under AR131(a) for engaging in careless riding. The specifics being that leaving the 100m whilst riding his mount along, he failed to make sufficient effort to prevent the gelding from continuing to shift inwards resulting in ZIGGI ROCKS (N Callow) being tightened for room and restrained from heels.
