Stewards interviewed trainer P Cole in relation to the riding instructions he intended to issue as the stable had multiple runners in the event.
TUBTHUMPER (E Lines) – Fractious prior to the start and reared dislodging the rider. A veterinary examination cleared the mare to compete.
BON’S PRIDE (V Arnott) – Bumped with another runner near the 650m and raced wide throughout.
FLY NICE (W Davis) – Bumped with another runner near the 650m.
WHITTEN (I Luximon) – Slow into stride.

Stewards interviewed trainer P Cole in relation to the riding instructions he intended to issue as the stable had multiple runners in the event.
RISING FIRE (W Davis) – Lay inwards under pressure passing the 100m with the rider having to stop and straighten the gelding.
CISALPINE (A Sweeney) – Raced wide throughout.
THE STIFMEISTER (J Hampson) – Impeded for clear running in the early stages of the straight.
TURNSTAR (I Luximon) – Slow into stride.
YE HELLA (E Lines) – Cast the near hind plate in running.
RED ARIC (V Arnott) – Commenced awkwardly. Lay outwards from the 700m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
