Race 1: HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOHN MATTEUCCI HANDICAP 0-58 1200m
Stewards interviewed trainer L Gillett in relation to the riding instructions she intended to issue her riders bearing in mind she had multiple runners in this event.
LISA (D Morgan) – Commenced awkwardly and inclined to lay outwards rounding the home turn.
TYPICALLY BRAZEN (S Tsaikos) – Bumped with another runner on jumping.
OMOPLATA (S Logan) – After a disappointing performance, a veterinary examination of the gelding failed to reveal any apparent abnormalities.
ASSERTIN LADY (A Nicholls) – When questioned why rider failed to test his mount down the straight, A Nicholls advised that the mare felt lame in the off fore in running so he chose not to test the mare on straightening. A subsequent veterinary examination of the mare failed to find any lameness or any other abnormalities. A Nicholls was reminded of his obligations under AR114(2)(a) in that he must report as soon as practicable after a race anything which might have affected the running of his mount.
DEBBONAIRE BOY (J Philpot) – Bumped with another runner on jumping. Took charge of its rider for a number of strides at the 800m causing its rider to shift outwards off heels.

BOY BIG (E Lines) – Raced wide throughout.
DELAGO LAD (C Hunter) – Commenced awkwardly losing ground.
TINTERN POWER (S Logan) – Steadied off heels approaching the 800m.
CELINE (J Philpot) – Fractious in the barriers before beginning awkwardly.
JEN’S REWARD (S Tsaikos) – Shifted inwards approaching the 800m. Rider reminded of his obligations to ensure he is clear of runners before allowing his mount to shift ground.
RHYTHMICAL (I Luximon) – Raced wide in the early stages.

Race 3: NORTHLINE HANDICAP 3 & 4 YO C12 1100m
FLYING YISHU (D Morgan) – Slow into stride bumping with another runner. Steadied when racing into restriced room at the 350m.
RED WRAITH (A Nicholls) – Commenced awkwardly.
BIG FEELINGS (E Lines) – After a disappointing performance, a veterinary examination of the mare failed to reveal any apparent abnormalities.
LIL’MISSPRANCEALOT (S Tsaikos) – Commenced awkwardly getting its head up. Steadied off heels at the 350m.

FANTASY EAGLE (NZ) (I Luximon) – Bumped with another runner on jumping causing its rider to become unbalanced. Lay inwards under pressure from the 200m.
BOOGIE NIGHTS (S Logan) – Knuckled on jumping bumping with another runner.
HUCKLEBERRY (C Hunter) – Commenced awkwardly.
