MAUDY (C Hunter) – Bumped with another runner on jumping and raced wide throughout.
MILES PROWER (J Philpot) – Taken inwards at the 200m by another runner for a number of strides.
BENCH PRESS (S Tsaikos) – Bumped with another runner on jumping and inclined to lay inwards under pressure from the top of the straight.
KUMMERLINGS (L Crow) – Commenced a little awkwardly.

LIT declared a late scratching at 2:04pm by order of the Stewards after refusing to load.
Trainer K Lamprecht was advised that due to the mares poor record in relation to its refusal to load, it must now trial successfully in 3 consecutive barrier trials.
As no book maker was on course, no deductions were applicable.
MILITARY ROAD (S Tsaikos) – Dislodged its rider en-route to the barriers and galloped a short distance. A veterinary examination cleared the gelding to start.
THE STOCKBROKER (J Philpot) – Slow into stride and raced wide throughout.
ZEDUKI (L Crow) – Stood flat-footed losing ground. Trainer L Whittle was advised that a warning had now been placed on the gelding.
