General: J Philpot (CELINE) pleaded guilty to a charge under AR131(b) in that she failed to ride her mount out to the finish line and in the opinion of the Stewards, failed to secure 4th position running 5th. J Philpot was fined the sum of $200. Consideration was given to this being her first offence and the position she had finished.
