NARRATIVE STAR (S Tsaikos) – Commenced awkwardly striking the outside barrier gate.

THUNDER PEAK (J Todd) – Slow to muster early speed. Rider reported that his mount resented the kickback through the early and middle stages but finished the race off strongly in the home straight.

POINTO’S PICK (S Tsaikos) – Commenced awkwardly.

MON LOUIS (S Wiseman) – Returned having bled from the off side nostril. Trainer C Pollard was advised that the gelding must gallop satisfactorily before the Stewards prior to racing again.
