MALIBU EDITION (J Todd) – Raced keenly in the back straight and bumped with another
runner near the 800m.
POINTO’S PICK (C Hunter) – Commenced awkwardly and bumped. Bumped with another
runner near the 800m.
1ST MALIBU EDITION 2ND POINTO’S PICK 3RD ANDAMAN
Race 2: 0-64 1300m
KENT STREET (P Shiers) – Lay outwards in the early and middle stages.
RED’S MATE (S Wiseman) – Bounded at the start. Raced wide on straightening.
D’LIVA (B Huppatz) – Commenced awkwardly.

Race 3: 0-70 1200m
TESTINO (T Townsend) – Commenced awkwardly and bumped.
EMBLEY (P Denton) – Bumped at the start. Rider was reminded of his obligation to ride his mounts out fully to the end of the race.
MR CASHMAN (J Todd) – Commenced awkwardly.
EL SICARIO (A Nicholls) – Bumped heavily shortly after the start. Crowded for room and restrained near the 1000m and again steadied leaving the 900m.
MY TRADITION (I Luximon) – Bumped at the start.
General – On inquiry it was established that near the 1000m MY TRADITION (I Luximon) shifted in and away from PEMBROKE CASTLE (S Wiseman) resulting in EL SICARIO (A Nicholls) being crowded for room and restrained. Following this incident MY TRADITION was taken outwards but again shifted in near the 900m causing EL SICARIO to again be steadied from heels. In relation to the incident at the 900m Stewards cautioned apprentice I Luximon and advised him to show more care when shifting ground and to ensure he is fully clear in similar circumstances.
1ST MR CASHMAN 2ND EMBLEY 3RD TESTINO
Race 4: 0-58 1200m
Stewards interviewed trainer G Lefoe in regards to the riding instructions he intended to issue bearing in mind the stable had all the runners in this event.
OSIRIS (P Shiers) – Lay outwards through the middle stages. Raced wide throughout.
REAL REASON (S Wiseman) – Bumped at the start.
TREBLA (J Todd) – Raced wide throughout.
ART OF MORE (T Townsend) – Commenced awkwardly and bumped.
REALLY SWISH (I Luximon) – Dwelt at the start and slow to muster early speed. Impeded near the 100m when making ground.
